Maria Garvey will lead Ageing with Grace, a retreat day at Drumalis, for people of any age committed to accepting themselves as they are, recognizing their innate beauty and rejoicing in every passing day.
Maria has been a leader in education, health and social care, community and social enterprise for over 30 years as well as being an experienced retreat giver.
The day will begin at 9am with registration and end at 4.45pm, cost: £55 per person.
